This new product aligns perfectly with our company’s commitment to create reasonably priced accessibility tools for our community and our ongoing dedication to GAAD’s mission.

Available for both Windows and Mac platforms for one inclusive price, RIM empowers you to provide and receive technical support across your personal and professional networks.
What sets RIM apart is its ability to assist remote computers without the prerequisite of any pre-installed assistive technology. This means you can seamlessly offer help to your sighted friends and family, without any need for the target computer to install additional software. This adaptability makes RIM an essential tool for a diverse range of users.

The RIM Personal Community Support package has been designed with affordability and flexibility at its core, catering to individuals who occasionally provide or receive remote technical support. This package gifts users up to 3 hours of RIM use per day, in addition to the 30 minutes per day we provide free of charge. Please note, however, that hours do not roll over, and unattended remote access to target machines is not included in this package. However, this package can be used alongside an existing personal unattended access subscription, so active subscribers will not lose access to provisioned targets. This allows for remote access to home computers while traveling and additional tech support sessions.

    I am retired and have a Windows-10 computer using the JAWS screen reader. Is this offer still available.
