Hello, world!
Being a Global Leader in Accessible Cloud Technologies, we endeavor to meet our international markets where they are. Throughout the past few months, we have been gearing up for some exciting new developments, some of which you may have seen soft-launches for already. The time has come to pull back the curtain and officially reveal all that we have been working on.
Localized website!
We are proud to present our full website in five (5) additional languages, with more on the way. Gone are the days of having to manually translate our page on the fly; the website will display according to your locale if it is among the supported languages. Pages, posts and the user interface are fully translated into these additional languages.
Documentation redefined
The infrastructure for our software documentation has been completely retooled. The updated infrastructure allows us to serve localized copies of the manual in one easy-to-access location. The first documentation to get this treatment is the newly retooled Remote Incident Manager manual! New features include:
- Offered in 6 additional languages, with more on the way!
- Ability to easily switch to a platform’s specific content, making separate manuals a thing of the past!
Any future manuals for our software applications will leverage this new infrastructure.
Localized RIM!
The Remote Incident Manager has been fully localized, and can now address end users in five (5) additional languages, with more on the way. Interested in contributing a language? See the Localization Repository on Github for instructions.
Regional payments!
FastSpring, our new merchant of record, allows us to tailor our product pricing to various regions. In addition, we now offer a myriad of options for payment methods to meet the needs of our international customers.
And it will only get bigger from here!
As we expand into new markets, we will add additional languages and regional pricing for our products and services. At Pneuma Solutions, we strive to meet you where you are.

Hi, this software is a great idea. However, I think they’re out to be a free version. Some people aren’t able at different times to buy passes or subscribe. Just saying. Being a new Mac user, and I’m totally blind myself, I find it hard to find people to connect with to help you learn the Mac. One thing I liked about the PC, Jaws for windows, had a tandem setting, where you could connect with the other Jaws users, and help with their computers and vice versa.
There needs to be something on the Mac that does the same thing.

Hello Michael.
Thank you for your comment. We’re glad to hear that you find our Remote Incident Manager (RIM) a great idea. We offer 30 minutes of free usage per day, along with various low-cost solutions, to make our services more accessible. As a for-profit company, we need to charge for our services, but being blind ourselves, we understand the community’s challenges and always strive to keep prices affordable. We appreciate your feedback and are continually working to balance affordability with the need to sustain our business.
