Make Court Filings Accessible at Intake
Document accessibility should be part of the filing workflow, not a separate project after documents enter the court system.
Accessible Archive can integrate with e-filing, document-intake, and case-management workflows. A filing enters the existing system, is sent for remediation, and returns as an accessible tagged PDF or another supported format through the same workflow.
Support Filings When They Enter the System
Courts receive documents from many sources, in many formats, and with varying levels of accessibility. Accessible Archive can support remediation at submission, during intake, before publication, or when an accessible version is requested.
The workflow can retain the original document, track the accessible result, and support later reprocessing according to the approved implementation. Exact validation, retention, and delivery rules are defined with the court or platform provider.
Use Existing Court Systems
Accessible Archive is designed to work with the systems already used for filing, intake, storage, publication, and delivery. The goal is to return the accessible document through the normal court workflow instead of sending staff and users to a separate manual process.
Choose Where Processing Runs
A court or technology provider can discuss customer-operated Remediation Station infrastructure, integration with Accessible Archive components, or a managed service. Remediation Station can be delivered as hardware or as a virtual machine running on customer-controlled infrastructure.
No Per Page Remediation Charge on Customer Operated Infrastructure
When processing runs on approved customer-operated infrastructure, Pneuma does not add a remediation charge for each page processed. Processing is limited by the capacity of the deployment.
The appliance or virtual machine, software license, infrastructure, maintenance, support, integration, and optional managed services are separate costs.
