Remote Incident Manager Coming to the Mac Platform!

Pneuma Solutions Team • January 24, 2023

Remote Incident Manager logo: the letters RIM surrounded by four blue circles representing remote target machinesThere have been numerous iterations of accessible remote desktop infrastructure due to the incomplete and/or nonexistent accessibility of mainstream solutions. Never before has a solution been known to provide a level of accessibility that is equal across multiple platforms.

Until now!

Introducing Remote Incident Manager for Mac OS!

You heard right! Our critically acclaimed, first of its kind remote desktop infrastructure is officially joining its second platform! RIM for Mac OS is going to provide an identical feature set to the Windows build, including high quality audio and visual output, keyboard and mouse support, the extremely simple interface RIM has always been known for, and much more!

Development of the Mac implementation of Remote Incident Manager is going strong, with beta testing soon to be underway. Remote Incident Manager for Mac OS will provide the same great features long-time users know and love, and the best part? Connections will work seamlessly across platforms.
So you use Mac exclusively but offer support for Windows users? No problem, connect directly to a Windows computer from the Mac and leverage the same low-latency audiovisual output and unobstructed keyboard support.
Need to connect to your audio production Mac from your GPDMicro on the road? No problem, connect to your Mac directly from RIM on Windows and receive the same high fidelity stereo audio you’re used to. And connections are still as simple as a session keyword or unattended access configuration. Pinch yourself; you’re not dreaming! Cross-platform accessible remote desktop access has never been more easily attainable.
